DELIVERY

Mainland UK
All items posted within mainland UK are shipped using Royal Mail first class Tracked service. Please see postage charges when checking out.

International or non-mainland UK
Items will be shipped with Royal mail international first class tracked service.
International items will incur a delivery charge – please see postage charges when checking out.
Please note that some international orders may incur a custom/import fee - it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these charges.

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been posted.

Made to Order items will take between 1 to 2 weeks to make and post.
If you need your item sooner please contact me directly and I will be happy to help where possible.

All ready to ship items will be posted within 24 hours of placing your order

RETURNS

If you would like to return your item please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and ship back to me within 28 days of receiving your order.

I cannot accept returns for

  • Made to measure orders

  • Personalised orders

  • Sale items

Please make sure you read the measurement guide information clearly before placing your order. You are very welcome to contact me to discuss your order before placing it.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please use a tracked service and let me know the tracking number via email once posted.

Items must be returned in their original condition; clean and unused, with original packaging where possible.

Once I have received the item it will be inspected and if approved your refund will be issued within 7 days.
