Course Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of Apprentice to Artisan: Leatherworking 101 and any associated course materials, live sessions and community access provided by Katy Warriner trading as Warriner Leather.
By purchasing and accessing the course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Course Provider
This course is provided by Katy Warriner, trading as Warriner Leather, a sole trader based in England.

Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to Apprentice to Artisan: Leatherworking 101 through the course platform.
Your purchase provides one licence for one individual only.
Course access, login details and course materials must not be shared, transferred, sold, copied or otherwise provided to any third party.
Warriner Leather reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where unauthorised sharing of course content or login credentials is suspected.
3. Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the course.
For the purposes of these Terms, "lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the course and its hosting platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain access indefinitely, Katy Warriner trading as Warriner Leather reserves the right to retire, discontinue or close the course in the future.
Should this occur, students will be given a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice wherever reasonably possible. During this notice period, students will be provided with the opportunity to download the course content, resources and accompanying materials for their personal use.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content remains the intellectual property of Katy Warriner and Warriner Leather.
This includes, but is not limited to:

β’ Graphics
β’ Downloadable materials
β’ Live session recordings
Course materials are provided for personal educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, teach, publish, upload, record, copy, modify or otherwise redistribute any part of the course without prior written permission.
5. Downloading, Recording & Sharing
Course content is provided solely for the use of the enrolled student.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, course videos, recordings and resources may not be downloaded, screen recorded, copied, reproduced, shared or distributed.
Any attempt to share, redistribute, resell or reproduce course content may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the course and the immediate access provided to course materials, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
I genuinely want students to have a positive experience. If you encounter a problem or have circumstances you would like to discuss, please contact hello@warrinerleather.co.uk and I will always do my best to find a fair and reasonable solution where possible.
By purchasing the course and accessing digital content immediately, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under applicable consumer regulations may be affected.
7. Live Sessions
The course may include optional live online sessions.
These sessions are provided as an additional benefit and do not form a guaranteed or essential part of the course content.
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver scheduled sessions, Warriner Leather reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, amend or cancel live sessions where necessary.
No refunds, discounts or compensation will be provided in relation to postponed, amended or cancelled live sessions.
Where possible, live sessions will be recorded and made available to students.
8. Community Access
Students may be invited to join a private Apprentice to Artisan community group.
Participation is entirely optional.
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards other students and members of the community.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, bullying, spam, unsolicited promotion or any conduct considered inappropriate may result in removal from the community at the sole discretion of Warriner Leather.
Removal from the community does not entitle a student to a refund and does not affect access to the course itself.
9. Educational Purposes & No Guarantees
The course is provided for educational purposes only.
Whilst every effort has been made to provide accurate information, guidance and instruction, no guarantee is made regarding individual results, business success, income generation, skill level, professional opportunities or professional accreditation.
Leatherworking is a practical craft that requires time, patience and practice. Individual results will vary according to experience, effort and application.
Completion of this course does not confer any professional qualification or accreditation.
10. Safety & Personal Responsibility
Leatherworking involves the use of sharp tools, cutting equipment, punches, awls, adhesives, dyes, finishes and other potentially hazardous materials.
Students are solely responsible for their own safety and for ensuring that all tools, materials and equipment are used correctly and safely.
Katy Warriner and Warriner Leather accept no liability for injury, loss, damage or harm arising from the use or misuse of techniques, tools, materials or information demonstrated within the course.
Students undertake all practical work at their own risk.
11. Changes To The Course
Warriner Leather reserves the right to update, amend, improve, remove or modify course content at any time.
Such updates may be made without prior notice and are intended to improve and maintain the quality of the course.
12. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, hardware and software required to access the course platform and course materials.
Warriner Leather cannot be held responsible for access issues caused by a student's equipment, internet connection or third-party software.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
