More Information
From the moment you use your trug, you and it start to age together. Every day your trug will develop its own unique patina, and every time it gets scratched or nicked, it'll get better and better. Because no two hides are ever the same, each trug will be different from the next and colour changes vary from hide to hide.
Approx. Dimensions:

Leather thickness: 3.0mm–3.5mm
Handcrafted for Gardeners, Foragers, Crafters & Makers
Each Mini Forager’s Trug is handmade from premium oak bark tanned shoulder leather, chosen for its strength, sustainability and natural beauty. The sturdy 1-inch wide handles are attached with copper saddler’s rivets, while every seam is saddle stitched by hand — a traditional leatherworking technique that ensures durability and longevity for generations to come.
Edges are hand burnished to seal the fibres, adding strength and helping your trug age gracefully with use. No two hides are alike — your leather trug will develop a unique patina and rich character over time, telling the story of your adventures, gardens and creative projects.
For a personal touch, choose a contrasting leather strap to match your style.
Made to Order — Just for You
Each trug is handmade to order in my Devon workshop. Select your preferred leather colour and personalise it with your initials if you’d like — creating a truly unique garden trug that can be handed down for years to come. Please allow 1–2 weeks for made to order pieces.

Your Mini Forager’s Trug will grow more beautiful with age, but like all natural leather it benefits from simple care.
